What the extension stores
- Your settings (chosen hotkey, keyboard sequences, pinned links) are stored in your browser's extension storage and synced by Chrome to your own Google profile if you have Chrome sync enabled. They never reach our servers — we do not operate any servers.
- Your license status (whether Pro or a trial is active) is cached in local extension storage.
What the extension reads
On go.xero.com and reporting.xero.com pages, the extension reads the current page URL to detect your Xero organisation's short code, so navigation links point at the right organisation. Page content, form data, and accounting records are never read, stored, or transmitted.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. When you purchase or start a trial, you provide your email address (and, for purchases, payment details) directly to those services; we receive only your email address and subscription status for license verification. See the Stripe privacy policy for how payment data is handled.
What we do NOT do
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry of any kind.
- No reading or transmission of accounting data.
- No selling or sharing of any data with third parties beyond the payment processors named above.
- No remote code: all code ships in the reviewed extension package.
Billing & refunds
ZipNav Pro is billed monthly ($19/user) or annually ($149/user) via ExtensionPay and Stripe. You may cancel anytime through the Manage subscription link in the extension's Settings page. To request a refund within 7 days of any charge, email us at the address below and we will process it promptly. Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days are not refunded for the current billing period.
Data removal
Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored settings. To delete payment records, contact us at the address below or ExtensionPay directly.

Changes
If our data practices ever change, this policy will be updated and users will be notified via the extension's update notes, as required by Chrome Web Store policy.
